Dress Codes – White Tie & Black Tie
[/fusion_title][fusion_text][su_spacer]
White Tie is the most formal of all of the dress codes. Women are required to wear a glamorous floor length gown, hair is usually up and gloves are also included as part of your outfit.
Black Tie requires you to also wear a glamorous floor length gown, but no gloves & no rules regarding your hair! Yay![su_spacer][/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ layout=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none” last=”no” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all”][fusion_title size=”2″ content_align=”left” style_type=”default” sep_color=”#e8ccd7″ margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” class=”” id=””]Dress Codes – The Lounge Suit [/fusion_title][fusion_text][su_spacer]
The lounge suit dress code requires you to wear a long, glamorous gown like the ones featured in the image above.[su_spacer][/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ layout=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none” last=”no” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all”][fusion_title size=”2″ content_align=”left” style_type=”default” sep_color=”#e8ccd7″ margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” class=”” id=””]Dress Codes – The Cocktail Dress[/fusion_title][fusion_text][su_spacer][su_spacer]
If the event you’re attending is listed as ‘Cocktail’ you need to wear a dressy outfit, usually a dress which finishes at the knee. This is the classiest of all the dress lengths for this type of event.[su_spacer][/fusion_text][/fusion_builder_column][fusion_builder_column type=”1_1″ layout=”1_1″ background_position=”left top” background_color=”” border_size=”” border_color=”” border_style=”solid” spacing=”yes” background_image=”” background_repeat=”no-repeat” padding=”” margin_top=”0px” margin_bottom=”0px” class=”” id=”” animation_type=”” animation_speed=”0.3″ animation_direction=”left” hide_on_mobile=”no” center_content=”no” min_height=”none” last=”no” hover_type=”none” link=”” border_position=”all”][fusion_title size=”2″ content_align=”left” style_type=”default” sep_color=”#e8ccd7″ margin_top=”” margin_bottom=”” class=”” id=””]Dress Codes – Smart Casual [/fusion_title][fusion_text][su_spacer]
The most confusing of all the dress codes is the smart casual event. This dress code is a step up from casual and to dress up your outfit a little more add a tailored jacket or wear high shoes. It doesn’t have to be stilletos – I find that a wedge heel is perfect for events marked as smart casual. See what I suggest for your body shape below.[su_spacer]
