We want you to feel confident buying from us. Here’s everything you need to know about refunds.

Digital Products (Magazines and Downloads)

Because our magazines and digital downloads are available instantly, we’re unable to offer refunds once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

This includes:

  • Body shape guides
  • Digital magazines
  • PDF downloads
  • Any other instant-access products

Please read the product description carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about what’s included, reach out to us first. We’re happy to help.

Online Courses

We stand behind our courses. If you’ve purchased a course and feel it’s not right for you, here’s how it works:

 

 

  • Within 7 days of purchase: You can request a refund, as long as you haven’t completed more than 20% of the course content.
  • After 7 days: We’re unable to process refunds once the course has been substantially accessed.

To request a refund, email us at **@*****************pe.com with your order details and reason for the request. We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.

Exceptions

We’ll always do the right thing if something goes wrong on our end. If you’ve been charged incorrectly or experienced a technical issue, contact us straight away and we’ll sort it out. 

If you’ve decided that you have purchased the wrong course and haven’t completed 20% of that course, we are happy to swap the course for the right product. Just send an email and we’ll be happy to help.
